Flow Meters

  • Seametrics iMAG industrial flow meters are all flanged inline magmeters that come standard with one pulse output but includes additional options for other outputs. Capable of being battery or externally powered as well. Our WMP-Series is a plastic-bodied industrial flow meter that uses battery-power and functions simply as a magnetic flow meter. The EX-Series industrial magmeters are adjustable and fixed insertion magmeters. Several models are available in brass and stainless steel. PE-Series low-flow magmeter is chemical and corrosion resistant. This model does not require a straight pipe and features no moving parts. Seametrics also produces saddle, tee, and weld-type fittings for our magmeters.

Valves

  • Modulating float valves manufactured by SwimTime® are designed for application at the terminus of gravity flow horizontal main drain lines of an aquatic facility, normally terminating in a surge or balance tank. The purpose of a surge or balance tank is to provide a reservoir to receive water that has been displaced by bathers entering the pool. The purpose of the modulating float valve is to help “balance” the flow of water coming from the surface (skimmers or perimeter gutter) and the bottom (main drain) of the pool. When the pool is not in use, the vast majority of water entering the surge tank comes through the main drain at the pool bottom. When the circulation system of the pool is running, the surge tank will achieve a standard operating level. When bathers enter the pool, the water they displace flows through the surface skimmers or gutter and into the surge tank, raising the water level in the tank. When the water in the tank rises, the float on the valve rises, closing the valve on the main drain line and reducing the amount of water coming from the main drain equal to the amount now entering the tank through the surface, effectively maintaining a reasonably consistent operating level in the tank. Modulating float valves manufactured by SwimTime® are not positive shut-off valves and are designed to allow app. 5 - 10% open when the float is in the full up (valve closed) position.

  • The Bray Series 30 Wafer and Series 31 Lug style resilient seated butterfly valves feature a one-piece body with a high-strength through stem design utilizing an internal disc to stem connection.
    The Series 30/31 is engineered to provide bidirectional bubble-tight shutoff and isolation of the line media from the stem and valve body.
    Available with a wide selection of high-quality resilient seat & disc materials for a variety of applications, our Series 30/31 butterfly valves are easily automated for on-off or modulating service. 

  • Thermoplastic Butterfly Valves 2" - 8" are wafer style to fit between ANSI B16.5 Class 150 flanges. Disc is smooth and contoured for lowest possible pressure drop (highest Cv). Shaft is 410 S.S. and of one piece, through shaft design, with square drive through entire length of blade. 2" - 6" valves shall be complete with a spring loaded 15 position latch lever.

Pumps

  • Aurora end suction, centrifugal pumps are well suited to swimming pools. 1200 or 1800 rpm, 230/460V three phase, 50/60 Hz drip proof motors close coupled to a cast iron, bronze fitted pump.

  • Pentair C series self-priming pumps are specifically designed for pool service. Unit is complete with integral hair and lint strainer.

    Pentair EQ Series commercial pumps are designed for maximum efficiency and quiet operation. They are the only non-corrosive, all plastic pumps designed for the commercial pool and water applications market. EQ Series impellers allow for lower loads and longer motor life. These are priced with a 6”x6” strainer pot.

  • Paco Model LC end-suction, centrifugal pumps are cast iron/bronze fitted construction, close coupled to 1750 rpm, 230/460V, 3 phase, 50/60Hz ODP motors. Paco pumps are NSF-61 certified, the only pumps in the industry so certified, and can be upgraded to NSF-50 at additional cost.
